Writing, teaching, speaking and researching professionally for a combined total of thirty-one years, Christine Sharbrough´s writings and trainings have impacted thousands of people.

Christine writes and speaks on topics relating to books, libraries, genealogy and the art of Cyrus Dallin. She is the Christian Fiction columnist for Library Journal, editor/writer for the Library Sciences Site at BellaOnline.com, and presently working on an updated biography of Cyrus Dallin (1861-1944), American sculptor.

She was named a Dallin Scholar by the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum, Inc. for her intensive and detail-oriented research into his life and career. In 2007, she was invited to present her research on the art of Cyrus Dallin at the Undergraduate Art History Symposium at the Whistler House Museum of Art. In 2012, she was invited to speak to a group of students from Simmons College´s Museum Studies on the history and formation of the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum. She lectures regularly at the Dallin Museum, giving gallery talks about his works of art while docenting as well as more formal presentations.

Christine has spoken at many conferences all over the US on a myriad of genealogical topics. The State Library of New Hampshire asked her to present training for librarians on the release of the 1940 US Census, focusing on resources and information that librarians could use to handle questions on the newly released census from their patrons. She has also spoken at the New England Regional Genealogical Conference several times including at their Librarian and Teacher´s Day in 2013.

Christine graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor´s degree in Art History from UMass Lowell and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Beta Honor Society. She received a Dean´s Fellowship for her graduate studies at Drexel University, graduating in 2012 with a Master´s in Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archival Studies. She is also a Certified Genealogist(sm), a credential that she received initially in 2005 and maintains to this day.

Her mission is to teach people through her writings and lectures. Whether the topic pertains to books, art history or family history, Christine is happiest when sharing her knowledge with others. Blessed with a wonderful and supportive husband and children, she makes her home in New Hampshire.
